香港中文大學商學院又新開了個TPG項目，MSc in Information Science and Technology Management，簡稱MSc in ISTM，10月下旬開始申請。這個項目是建立已久的MSc in Information and Technology Management項目課程上的演變，目的是讓學生掌握商業管理原則和信息技術實踐，以及深入的相關技術知識和廣泛的商業技能，幫助學生在世界各地追求成功的職業生涯。可以說兩個項目的培養目標是一樣的。

不同的是MSc in ISTM由商學院決策科學與管理經濟系和工程學院信息工程系合力，課程涵蓋了信息科學、技術和商業管理理論與應用的最新發展，如大數據管理、區塊鏈、商業智能、金融科技、信息安全、物聯網、項目管理、社交媒體分析等。

MSc in ISTM是針對工程或商科背景、想獲得前沿IT和技術管理知識的學生。要獲得此項目學位，需要完成30學分的課程，包括12學分的必修課，9學分的optional核心課，9學分的選修課，每門課程3學分。項目的學制是1年，8月至次年6月，23秋是第一屆學生入學時間。

? Data Communications and Networking

Optional核心課（6選3，至少各選一門DSE和IE系的課程）：

? Business Intelligence Techniques and Applications
? Database and Big Data Management

? Internet of Thing and Smart Applications

部分選修課：

? Advanced Information Systems Practicum
? Fintech and Its Applications

? Social Media Analytics
? Emerging Topics in Information Engineering
? Any ONE 3-unit IEMS-coded course offered by MSc Programme in Information Engineering

學生可以根據自己背景、興趣和職業目標，從optional核心課和選修課里選擇更技術、更偏管理或平衡選擇。也可以選擇一門商學院或工程學院其他Master項目的課程。

跟已有的MSc in Information and Technology Management課程相比，MSc in ISTM就是多了工程學院IE系的課程選擇。

Entry requirements：

至少二等榮譽本科學位，或者本科成績B以上。

截止時間：

2023-3-31！采取rolling的審核形式直到招滿為止，所以強烈建議盡早申請。如果招滿后會提前截止，后續提交的申請就不會考慮了。

學費：

2023-24學年的學費是HK$280,000，分三次交：接受offer的兩周內交10萬港幣的押金，第二學期12月開始時和第三學期3月開始時各交8萬港幣。

• Personal Statement

• Curriculum Vitae

• Copies of certificates of academic/professional qualifications

• Copies of Official transcripts (with a complete record of courses attended and examination results) and grading schemes of all tertiary level studies

• Proof of English Language proficiency

• TWO referees

• A photocopy of Hong Kong Identity Card or other identity document

• GMAT or GRE score report
